The capital city high school cheer team  has been bringing nonstop energy and school spirit this season, showing up for every game, pep rally, and event with big smiles and louder chants. From early morning practices to late-night performances, the team’s dedication doesn’t go unnoticed by students and the staff .

“The cheer team is very fun, very outgoing, and it is always fun to see them perform at every game and assembly at school” said one of the students Kaylin G. “We want people to feel our energy before and after the game.”

The team has grown stronger not only in skills and chanting but also in team work. Coaches have pushed them to balance and have fun with discipline, paid off with sharper routines. The Cheer Team brings the spirit in every game. The students as well as the parents, enjoy the dances and the chanting that the cheer team presents to us, making the game even more entertaining and exciting to be at. 

Whether the girls are cheering court side or performing halftime dances at the assembly, the Capital City Cheer team continues to be the warm heart of school spirit, proving that their energy reaches far beyond the mat.
