Ava Rademann is a junior at Capital City High School and member of The Capsule staff. When Ava is not caught up working at Dairy Queen, she spends her free time boxing and helps instruct the younger boxers with her uncle. Ava is looking forward to being a member of The Capsule staff because it helps her step out of her comfort zone. She hopes that getting out interviewing people and going to games will help her try something new.
