William Baker is a junior at Capital City High School, and he is currently an active member of the CCHS Student Council. He is also a part of the Cultural Diversity Club and the Yearbook class. When William isn’t busy with school, he loves to travel and hangout with his friends. He is very excited to work on the yearbook staff because he loves photography and editing photos.
