Gaming without Sacrificing Exercise

As a gym guy who also plays a lot of video games, there are very few restrictions. Gamers are afraid they are gonna lose time gaming when in reality you don’t lose any, it’s all about planning accordingly. If you plan your times wisely and get enough sleep you can do both.

I go to school, the gym and play games, and I have plenty of time to play after both school and the gym. I manage to get 8 hours of sleep, go to school for 7 and play games for 4. People tend to overreact the fact that they think gaming ruins gains. 

A lot of TikToks related to the gym tend to make videos promoting to focus on the gym, and just that. In my opinion, don’t change your hobbies because of something that others say. Just do what you want to do when you want to do it.
