Disney knows how to do many things, and music is clearly one of them. Special moments in movies need music to really bring more emotions into the scene, and it is also a way of bringing life to the characters.  Here is my personal ranking of Disney’s TOP 5 most popular songs.

  1. “We Don’t Talk About Bruno“ from Encanto

The song is about revealing the reason why the family doesn’t talk about Bruno. It’s because of his bad luck associated with his visions. Each family member has an individual story that surrounds a bad experience from Bruno’s visions. The song is sung by Pepa and Felix along with their children Camilo and Dolores, and some others from the town.

  1. “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” from The Lion King

The song is about how love can make even the most unlikely people believe the best in themselves. The song is sung by Simba and Nala.

  1. “A Whole New World” from Aladdin

The song allows for both Aladdin and Jasmine to express themselves and their hopes when they enter “A Whole New World” together. Since at that moment it was difficult for them. The song is sung by Jasmine and Aladdin.

  1. “Let It Go“ from Frozen

This song is sung by Elsa who was queen of Arendelle, the song talks about how frustrated Elsa is that she has been forced to hide her powers and what she is capable of for so long. As the song goes on she learns to accept her powers rather than live in fear because of  them.

  1. “Go the Distance” from Hercules

The song is like a prayer to the gods from Hercules to help find where he truly belongs. He later gets his answer when his parents tell him that they didn´t birth him.
