This rival game has been long awaited since Summer volleyball and club for our school. Now is our time to show off the new things we’ve learned from camp, other games, and many practices. We came out and fought for every rally and every point though, our varsity and junior varsity didn’t win freshman did an amazing job finishing with the Jays. Varsity will see them again in districts and show them something different with energy through the roof to fight for their win. The varsity game would go back a forth and so many good things went on, on the CC side of the court, and made some great plays against them. With mulitple aces, great digs, amazing hits, and blocks! When we were all on the court I believed some things really did come together out on the court and off Tuesday night that hadn’t been there before. I also believe we played more as a team that game but we still have to continue to understand that we are one no matter how frustrated we become at ourselves, at someone, or something else. We are One!
With such a very intense game with four sets parents and students were all up from their seats cheering and shouting for Capital City. Which was greatly appreciated by the volleyball team so keep coming and supporting us at our games. Volleyball will be going into a tournament this weekend so also wish them good luck on that and also with the following games they have. Hopefully, we see some of you guys there!
