Clean Cavs

Clean+Cavs

Today, we’re going to talk about a VERY important topic not only for our school but also for our lives as high schoolers: being clean. The sooner you start taking care of yourself, the sooner healthy habits are formed and easier they become. Which leads us to the the next fact which is personal hygiene and how to be Clean Cavs. Try and be a polite caring cav. Think about your fellow classmates. These are the people you spend 8 hours of your day and most of your life with.

The thing is, having self care and taking proper measures to stay clean is very important. You don’t want your kids later down the line to ask you what your nickname was in this school and respond with “The Smelly Cav.” One thing to keep in mind is that body odor is NATURAL! It’s naturally occurring and us high schoolers tend to be more prone to it. Some things you can do to prevent bad body odor are taking showers daily, wearing deodorant constantly (pack some in your bag in case you forget), bringing baby wipes, making sure you wash your clothes often, brushing your teeth 2 times a day, etc.

A following story I will be releasing soon will include different products you can use to help stay clean. If you are a person who notices someone else isn’t smelling too good, DON’T make a scene. Simply offer them some deodorant, a mint, or politely let them know. Another good idea for you personally to do is to get on your phone or Chromebook and look for your favorite body scrubs, deodorants, or body washes to help your fellow student out.

We have to look out for one another, it is our duty as Cavs.
