Emily Hotz is a junior at Capital City High School and member of The Capsule yearbook staff. She is an active member in student council and the current council secretary. She is also in charge of the school’s morning announcements. In her free time, she enjoys researching different topics like vacation ideas and planning for the future. She was in charge of making the yearbook in 8th grade, and she likes being a part of getting to make a book for everyone to be able to enjoy.
