Bijou Carrel, Plume Staff

Bijou Carrel is a junior at Capitol City High School and staff member of CCHS Newspaper at capitol city. When Bijou is not in the classroom, she enjoys to bake and make her grandmother’s old italian pasta recipes. Bijou is looking forward to being a member of the newspaper because she enjoys spreading news and improving her writing skills.
