This weekend Capital City Theatre is performing Triangle! Below are interviews from the cast!

“I just tried it because I had friends in it.”
What has been your favorite memory from working on Triangle?
“Getting to experience having a lead role.”
“I’m not sure, I love theatre but it’s just a matter of finding time with my schoolwork. If I do participate, it would be in Pride And Prejudice.”

“In 6th grade, I didn’t really fit in anywhere else. The theatre intrigued me, so I joined.”

“I first got into theater my freshman year when I was in Drama 1. I absolutely loved everything we did in class and wanted to continue with it after the class ended.”
“Show week has probably been my favorite memory, I love the show so much and everyone has made it an incredible experience.”

“I’ve always liked acting since I was a kid but never really did anything with it, but I would say seeing last year’s showing of Cinderella caught my eye and got me into theater and I would say that going through the show of triangle it really has made me fall in love with theater.”
“Going through all the practices and just having those fun times and getting to know my classmates and making new friends have been one of my favorite memories.”
“Absolutely!! I would love to try out for pride and prejudice.”

“My friends convinced me to.”
“This show has been the theatre introduction for many people, and a return for others. Creating new friends and reconnecting with friends from past shows, and sharing our passions with each other has made Triangle the enjoyable experience that it is.”
“It depends on whether I have conflicts or not, but I’m probably auditioning for High School Musical in the spring.”

What made you want to start acting?
“I have loved performing as long as I care to remember and I really liked playing pretend as a kid. Theatre has been one if the highlights of my life and is one of my favorite things to do.”
What has been your favorite memory from working on Triangle?
“Growing with our theatre and the laughs we share backstage.”

“I have been in every single one of our past shows and I want to be in all of our future shows.”

What made you want to start acting?
“I always was really into being a big character when I was younger and I always wanted to dress up and play a character. There were always times when I would see people acting and loved the thought of being able to do it one day. I have always liked to see what I can do and be able to play characters.”
What has been your favorite memory from working on Triangle?
“A memory that sticks with me is honestly is actually getting everyone together in the dressing room on the last dress rehearsal and it all finally becoming one big show. the friendships I have made along the way made that memory so much better.”
Do you plan on participating in future productions? If so, which ones?
“Yes, I am, sadly it is my senior year so I can only do the last two this year but I will most likely be going to participate in Pride and Prejudice.”

What made you want to start acting?
“My little sister, Sara, brought me to the stage. I had done a few small middle school productions and I was always crew. I started getting more interested in the actual acting part when I saw Sara have a bigger role in the play. It was fun to watch her, and she suggested I join her, so I did.”
What has been your favorite memory from working on Triangle?
“Getting to see each of the cast members get into character, and get in their feels. I really do love to see people in their element, being passionate and having fun. Especially, my sister, she’s really good.”

“Truth be told, it’s still up in the air, I’ve got a lot going on, but I’d like to.”

“I really liked being a part of productions in elementary school that they made us do, and as soon as I went to middle school I started drama club.”

“When Sam had to teach Christan how to be flirty and Christan struggled.”

“Yeah, I would like to do any other play I can get a role for.”
