If you are looking to give back this holiday season, Future Farmers of America is hosting a blood drive at Capital City High School. This past summer their advisor, Ms. Carl, was diagnosed with cancer and has needed to go through many blood transfusions since being diagnosed. To honor her and ensure other patients like her can receive blood, FFA has taken the initiative to host a Blood Drive in Capital City.

The drive will be on Friday, December 3, in the CCHS Auxiliary Gym from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Both staff and students are invited to donate and will be excused from class during the time of their donation. Volunteers are required to be at least 17 years old or 16 with a parent permission slip. Permission slips can be found in the main office or Room 120.

To sign up you can scan the QR code on one of the many posters spread throughout the CCHS halls, or on the attached flyer above.
