Interview with Spanish Club Sponsor
Club+Feature%3A+Spanish+Club

One of the many clubs at CCHS is Spanish Club. Spanish Club is sponsored and run by Mr. Short who I recently interviewed.

What is the purpose of Spanish club?

“The purpose of Spanish club is to broaden assignments and have fun.”

What activities does the club participate in?

“We do so many things in Spanish Club. For example, we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, Día de los Muertos (Day of the Day), Cinco de Mayo, and we also participate in a non-profit fundraiser and raise money for the people of Guatemala and South America.”

What inspired you to create this club?

“Spanish Club was something I participated in throughout high school, and for some students, it was the only thing that they got to look forward to in high school. That is why I sponsor the club. “

Why should students join?

“If you like to have fun, eat food, play games, and listen to music, then Spanish Club is the club for you.”
