Winning and Preparing

Our CCHS Volleyball team brought home another sweep and is preparing for JC next week.

Last night’s game was a good win but it could’ve been handled sooner. Our team has been working hard in practice and putting pieces together in our games to prepare for a win against our rivals. With two sweeps in one week one coming from Fatima and Another from Battle High School. The Fatima varsity game ended in 3 sets the final game score being 25-10 and junior varsity and freshman followed up with a win as well from Tuesday’s home game. Thursday was a tough mental game for everyone due to a very stressful, long tiring week for everyone but we still managed to come out on top with a sweep. In the Battle Varisty where we played away at battle, our volleyball team won in five sets the final close score being 15-11. For next we we will bring all our energy and everything out on the court and continue to try our best and come out on top and go ALL OUT! Hope to see you there loud and proud the game is on Tuesday the 3rd at 7! We would also love some more support from our students here at CC to attend and cheer at our home games which we have two next week one on Monday the 2nd against Hallsville and another on Thursday the 5th against Smith Cotton both games will follow after JV.
